These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, providers, and/ or contributors of content.

Our site was formed by a single individual and therefore we cannot guarantee installation of a charging point in the locations highlighted, as we do not act as a provider. However, we actively encourage you to share the site and use the facilities such as Twitter integration to make your local authority aware of the scale of chargers required.

The site is solely not-for-profit and has no intention of charging individuals or selling any data including but not limited to Email, IP addresses and other private data. Should we include functionality in the future for councils to contact the author of a submission then we would seek permission prior to sharing these details.

We do not operate a mailing list and therefore do not spam our users, or request their data un-necessarily unless it is to provide a customised user experience. We do utilise cookies and by using, accessing and submitting charging points to the site you are accepting this, these can be easily removed from your computer/mobile/tablet device.
